Our piece of paradise has been recently remodeled (July '07) and is CLEAN and COMFORTABLE.

There is a NEW (July '07!) KING size bed in the bedroom and a NEW Futon couch which folds down to make a comfortable FULL size bed in the living room.

The kitchen is an all-electric complete kitchen with refrigerator, cook-top, oven, microwave and dishwasher. It is fully stocked with dinnerware, utensils, cooking ware, coffee maker and toaster.

The dining area can seat 4 comfortably, or better yet......... take your meal to the great table on the lanai and enjoy the fabulous sunsets over the water!

The living room is equipped with a Cable TV, VCR/DVD player.

Don't forget to bring your laptop, we have WIRELESS HIGH SPEED INTERNET for you to use at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE and a separate writing desk, so you can leave the dining table available for dining.

Coming September 28, 2007, is a (built-in) programmable safe. It is large enough to safely store most laptops and your valuables while you are out enjoying everything the island has to offer and best of all, you get to pick the code that locks it! Just be sure to remember what you selected!

There is also a washer and dryer in the condo, for your convenience.
