Come stay in this beautiful and relaxing one bedroom with spectacular views of Maalaea Bay, Kalepoliplo Park, Island of Lanai, and the West Maui Mountains from the lanai. The condo is in a central location near all beaches, shopping, Whale Museum and Royal Ponds. There is whale watching (in season) from lanai and roof-top garden.

The place is recently redecorated and comes fully furnished, complete with a full kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, washer and dryer. There is a comfortable sofa bed as well.

*Restaurant - Monsoon India

*The Pool - Located next to the beach, the pool is open from 8:30am til 8:30pm.

*The Fish Pond - Located directly in front of the building. The historically important 16th century Alii (Royal) Fish Pond of Kalepolepo. Protected by offshore reefs, the Pond provides safe swimming for children and those wishing to avoid heavy surf. The Hawaiians still fish in the Pond, on occasion, using the old "throw net" method and occasionally use torches at night to attract the fish.

*Free Parking - On grounds free parking is provided in the center of the building which is patroled by security regularly.

*The Roof Barbeque Area - The roof barbequeing area is equiped with propane fueled grills, picnic tables with fabulous sunsets and views of the entire south shore of Maui and surrounding islands.

*The Roof Sunbathing Area - During the day you might want to get away from the pool or the beach and enjoy some semi-private sunbathing time up on the roof. Lounge chairs are abundant adjacent to the BBQ area.

*The Shuffle Board Area - Located on the north side of the building, there is ample room to play shuffle board on one of the courts or play catch on the large grassy area.

*The Beach BBQ - The beach barbeques are located between the pool and the fish pond.
